We pride ourselves on ensuring that every order at Enterasource is handled with precision and care, ensuring you receive your items in perfect condition and on time. We also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s why we have a comprehensive return policy to give you peace of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order is damaged in shipping or experiences a failure during its warranty period, rest assured, we've got you covered. Contact us with a clear description of the issue. If the problem can't be resolved remotely, you may return the item for repair, replacement, or a full refund.

Products Under Warranty:

To expedite the process, please have your Sales Order or Reference number and the Serial Number of the failed part handy when reaching out. Items returned without an RMA number will experience delays, so be sure to initiate the RMA process either via email or directly from your customer account dashboard on our website.

Damaged in Shipment:

Inspect your order upon arrival. If there’s any damage, notify us within 5 business days. Indicate the damage when signing for the package to ensure a smooth return process.

International Returns:

For our international customers, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees for returns. Any duties and taxes incurred during inbound and outbound shipments are also your responsibility.

Other Returns:

For returns not related to damage or warranty, such as a change of mind or an incorrect purchase, a 15% restocking fee will apply. These returns must be made within 90 days, with the customer covering the return shipping costs. The items should be returned in their original packaging with all included items intact.

Exclusions:

We are unable to accept returns for software licenses or any equipment that has been modified, damaged, or broken. All returns are subjected to inspection and testing to confirm they adhere to our return conditions.

Refunds:

You can expect your refund in the original form of payment within 5 business days after we’ve received the returned item(s). We strive to process refunds swiftly to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges:

Exchanging individual parts is hassle-free. For configured to order items, we aim first to replace the failed part before considering a complete unit replacement, ensuring a quick resolution to any issues.
